Rachael Clyde Benson Rachael earned her CPA and worked as a bank auditor early in her career. After leaving public accounting, she worked as the Controller for the same vehicle service contract company as Mike before becoming the Aftermarket Product Manager for two banks. She has collaborated with multiple technology companies who support the aftermarket cancellation process.
